I have been in contact with Albert Einstein, they assert no research, and asked Biotivia to take down this item off their website. I have the emails regarding this. The others are likely in the same boat as universities can have their funds and grants shot down if they are seen to be in league with a commercial interest.

Add to this the fact that BotonyDoc and BioResearcher share the same similarities (namely that they are anonomous posts…) then you can see how this post can be contributed by folks pushing false advertising.

Just because you say it, doesn't make it so.

Dr. Sinclair, since it appears that this misleading advertising continues to be used without your permission, will you be sending a cease and desist letter to Biotivia like you did to FWM Laboratories? Again that is only the latest example, I believe google has more.

RevGenetics stated that his product will be (is being?) used in a study on the elderly at the NIH. Longevinex and other brands are also being used in trials. Dr. Sinclair listed some of these in his e-book.

As a researcher in this field I can not comment on the Revgenitics brand but I can absolutely confirm that Biotivia's Transmax is being used in human clinical trials at Albert Einstein Med School, The Otawa Hospital (part of the Canadian Health System), Bologna University (Oldest and very respected University in the western world), University of Ferrara on Thalasemmia patients, and Harvard, yes that Harvard. I was banned for calling attention to RevGenetics use of Dr. Sinclair's name, as he made it look like Dr. Sinclair recommended 250mg - 500mg of resveratrol right after Dr. Sinclair explicitly stated he only recommended up to 250mg. I still think RevGenetics should apologize for that on this forum and at the Imm Inst resveratrol forum.

RevGenetics is not asking Dr. Sinclair anything close to reasonable. "Dr. Sinclair, what do you think of Longevinex?" or "Dr. Sinclair, you took Longevinex for 3 to 4 years, and now it is believed you started taking SRT 501, so can you tell us what the differences are or what you now think of Longevinex?"

It isn't just me. A person at Immortality Institute's resveratrol forum just wrote about him a couple of days ago:

"Anthony, do you really need to take cheap shots? You don't have to suggest that a competitor is spiking their resveratrol with caffeine or other like stimulant to give an energy "feeling". You're making yourself, you company and your products look tawdry here."

You answer is here: http://www.resforum.org/index&.....s-now#p274, and other answers to your other questions have been answered before, so playing dumb about them simply makes you look like a mentally ill person because you cannot "remember", or a marketing person for Longevinex (since you keep explaining how smart you are with leading questions, etc). Either one, turns off folks from coming to the forum.

The whole reason to have a forum is to ask questions from Dr. B and Dr. Sinclair… your posts always (and I mean always) make these two people seriously stop answering questions. It's no wonder this forum has no activity and you were banned twice from other boards, people get sick of this from you.

You asked, why I said this may never get answered, and the reason is simply because of you.

FM2020 This thread is about Biotivia not Longevinex. The reason for the repetition is simply so that you cannot hijack it for your own purposes like you have in the past. Back in January 29th 2008, I once emailed you if you used Biotivia Transmax in your 2006 research because the owner of Biotivia (a person by the name of James Betz) was stating this as fact in the yahoo groups. You then emailed me back, that you did not use Biotivia, that you used Orchid Biosciences.

Since that response, James backpedaled and it appeared that Biotivia stopped that kind of false advertising for a while, however when I do a google search now… It appears that Biotivia continues to advertise that you use Transmax in research. Here is the quote:
