     Thank you for your helpful comments. David and I want this forum to carry informed debate about factual information and reporting of observations that may be of interest to others. We are working on a more explicit mission statement and  better processes to encourage this; please bear with us.

     In the meantime, may I suggest that you experiment with the casebook technology at ResoundingHealth.com? A casebook is a place to store, organize, annotate and share your online research about a health topic. You could also think of them as a tool for creating integrated, documented content from various online information resources.
