Over 2 weeks since adding Quercetin to my daily Resveratrol dose, no problems with digestion, joints or energy level. Im going to wait another few weeks before deciding to add it as an integral part of my regimen. At this point it looks positive. Any comments or questions?

Update; the addition of Quercetin is having a positive effect in terms of overall energy and stamina, no problems with joints, as others have reported. It seems to have enhanced exercise ability since its addition, but my regimen consists of other supps and there may be more than a little synergy here. I havent experienced any attributable sides to speak of and I probably will continue it as a Resveratrol companion. Anyone else have any comments? Experiences with Quercetin and Resveratrol?

Thanks, still going strong, with no untoward sides to speak of, since the addition of Quercetin. Seems to enhance stamina and energy overall, could be placebo though. I probably will keep it in my regimen.

I am experiencing a direct increase in exercise stamina since the addition of Quercetin. Im taking it with my Resveratrol licap, swallowed with juice or water that contains a small scoop of M98 and some other supps mixed with it. Any contraindication doing it this way? That is: more Resveratrol than Quercetin?

The animal study I have seen, simply shows that equal amounts where taken for both. I would reccomend the same amounts because of this study, however I don't see any contraindications regarding taking more resveratrol than quercetin.

I had tried Quercetin before with subsequent and immediate GI tract irritation and stopped its use.  The addition of this Quercetin though, and of course it may be placebo, seemed to give enhanced stamina and relieve some existing elbow tendinitis. That effect is still being felt some 24 hours later. Has anyone here experienced anything similar in regards to Quercetin combined with Resveratrol?

We reccomend taking MCT Quercetin and micronized resveratrol in the same amounts. Regardless of dosage.

If you take 250mg of Resveratrol, we suggest taking 250 mg of Quercetin along with it. I think the stamina and releiving tendonitis maybe good, but studies suggest that there are other benefits and reasons women over 35 (and men) should consider taking both.

Here is a link to the various studies for folks to consider:
