SCAM WATCH – Oprah’s companies and Dr. Oz sue for allegedly false advertising and the “willful capitalizing on Plaintiffs’ valuable reputation.” The defendants include FWM Laboratories and Acai Berry Breeze, Rejuvinate Worldwide, Reslife, Res-V-Life, Pure Viatmins, HealthResv, RezBerries and RezActive. Individuals include James Russell, Mike Johnson, David Dube and Katherine Clements. Plaintiffs seek injunctive relief and damages.
